2. What data we process
You do not need to give us any personal data to browse this website. We only process personal data in the following cases:
- Contact and quote form: name, company, email address, phone number (optional), subject, message and, if you choose to attach them, drawings or photographs of parts.
- Email and phone: the data you give us when you write to us or call us directly.
- Technical connection data: like any web server, ours automatically logs the IP address, date and time and the page requested, solely to ensure the security and proper functioning of the site.
Please do not include in your messages any data that is not necessary to deal with your enquiry.

We do not use your data to send you advertising, nor do we make automated decisions or carry out profiling.

Data relating to an enquiry or quote is kept for as long as necessary to deal with it and follow it up. If you become a customer, we will keep it for the duration of the business relationship and, afterwards, for the periods required by tax and commercial legislation. Technical server logs are deleted periodically.
5. Who it is disclosed to
We do not disclose your data to third parties unless required by law. To provide our service we use providers that process data on our behalf (data processors), with whom we have signed agreements providing the safeguards required by the GDPR:
- Web hosting and email provider.
- Cloudflare, Inc., which provides the website’s content delivery network and security service. Cloudflare may process technical connection data (such as the IP address) on servers outside the European Economic Area; it participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and offers standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
6. Your rights
You may at any time exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability, and withdraw your consent without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand. If we have reasonable doubts about your identity, we may ask you for additional information to confirm it.
