The right steel for every material.
Depending on the material to be recycled, we manufacture each type of blade from the most suitable steels. Filter by range to see which ones we use.
- 1.2746 For cutting and shredding scrap metal.
- 1.2379 Abrasive plastics. Good toughness and wear resistance.
- AISI S5 Excellent impact and fracture resistance. Metal cutting.
- 1.2080 Highly abrasive plastics. High wear resistance.
- 1.2842 Plastic, cable… Balanced toughness and wear resistance, at the right hardness.
- 1.2363 Tougher than 1.2379. Very versatile across a range of applications.
- 8 % Cr 8% chromium steel.
Heat treatment
Over 45 years hardening steel.
We have over 45 years of experience in steel heat treatment and blade manufacturing. We harden in our own furnaces.
Every blade is hardened under optimum conditions to ensure the correct structure, uniformity and hardness over the blade's entire life.
Thanks to these steels and high-quality heat treatment, our blades achieve top cutting performance and a long service life.
