From raw steel
to finished edge.

Steel in stock
Over 600 tonnes of steel stocked in our own facilities. We choose the exact grade for the material you shred.

Machining
Machining centres, milling machines, saws and tapping machines shape every blade to the customer's drawing, sample or requirements.

Heat treatment
Over 45 years hardening steel. Every blade is treated in our own furnaces to achieve the correct structure, uniformity and hardness throughout its life.

Grinding
Precision grinders and shot blasting machines bring the edge and faces within tolerance, ready to fit.

Inspection and dispatch
We inspect every part before it leaves. Reliable next-day delivery.
